Windows 10: How can I make the windows 10 PC work after forced shutdown it while resetting??

My windows 10 got stuck at 88% while resetting so i forced shutdown the pc ,now when i turn it on its just displaying the dell symbol and buffering and saying restarting but the same process is repeating again .please help me to make it work

To help you resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.

Windows 11 resets itself after force shutdown

Today my PC stuck, I decided to force shutdown by pressing power button for 15 to 20 seconds. After powering on everything was reset no any personal found.

It happens everytime I shutdown/restart the PC resets itself with no any persaonal data saved. Behave like it has been on a live boot.
