    How can I make windows 10 detect applications that have been installed before installing...


    I have recently gotten a new SSD and I wanted to port windows to it, so I installed it again on said SSD, while keeping the old installation also Windows 10 with all of the applications all of my games,programs etc and all of my data on my HDD. My problem is that the new Windows 10 installation does not seem able to detect the previously installed apps.While installing I made a bootable USB with Windows 10 and chose to only install Windows. May I please get any solutions to how I can make the new installation detect the previously installed applications?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

    How can I make windows 10 detect applications that have been installed before installing...

    "Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

    Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

    I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

    Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

    I only install video drivers and no CCC.

    The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.
