Windows 10: How can I manually upgrade Windows 11 Pro Version 22h2 to Version 23H2?

I have successfully installed all cumulative updates for Windows 11 Version 22H2 but I never received 23H2 version update in Nov 2023. Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎10/‎5/‎2022 OS build 22621.3155 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0 I also manually installed "KB5033055" but 23H2 still not showing up from windows update. KB5027397: Feature update to Windows 11, version 23H2 by using an enablement package - Microsoft Support as per that link, I verified that I have installed "2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based

Hey Friends, this is Gavin Mathos here & currently using Windows 11, Version: 22H2 OS.

I am eagerly waiting for launch & testing the upcomming "Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS. What are the new feature you will see in the upcomming "Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS.

Any information as to when Microsoft has planned to release the new Windows 11, Version: 23H2" OS.

Official Windows 11 v23H2 is build 22631.xxx and you have Dev chanel insider preview build 23595 which is already ahead of official version 23H2. Your only way to get Windows 11 23H2, build 22631.xxx is to do clean install of that released version.
