Windows 10: How can I maximize a window across two monitors in Windows 10?

I have an HP EliteBook with an Intel graphics card hooked up to two HP E273 monitors. I duplicate the laptop screen to one display then extend to the second, so the laptop screen is not in use when it is connected to this set-up. I use Windows 10.I would like to be able to maximize a window across both external displays without manually dragging it across.Thanks for your help.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

This should be enough to get the conspiracy theorists suggesting that Microsoft is intentionally crippling multi-monitor support in fullscreen mode since games sold on the Microsoft Store all work in the pseudo-fullscreen mode...

Or it could just be an idiotic bug that will be fixed in time.

Thank you for your response.

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
