Windows 10: How can I migrate all the security ACLS of the previous into the newer

I am to freshly reinstall Windows 10 newer version replacing the older version of it.
How can I completely migrate all the security ACLS of the previous system storage into the will-be new windows 10 as soon as possible ?
Would anyone answer it with full instructive explanation ?

Hi all,

Just wondering if there are any ways to block remote system access from unauthorised parties by using ACLs?

Is Windows 10 configured with vulnerabilities in the ACL SID list? i.e. Are some of the SIDs found under the 'User, Group or Built-In Security Principal' list designed as remote access methods for users who want to connect to a Win 10 machine remotely?

Would appreciate some clarification on this as there are a lot of SIDs under "Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner (Change) > Advanced... > Find Now"

An access control list (ACL), with respect to a computer file system, is a list of permissions attached to an object. An ACL specifies which users or system processes are granted access to objects, as well as what operations are allowed on given objects. Each entry in a typical ACL specifies a subject and an operation. For instance, if a file object has an ACL that contains (Alice: read,write; Bob: read), this would give Alice permission to read and write the file and Bob to only read it.
