Windows 10: How can I modify the number of "Most recent documents" that Windows displays on the quick...

Hello,I have a problem. When I want to find a document I've lost, I were used to find in the "recent documents" in the quick menu. If it was well saved, I founded it. The problem is know in windows 10 pro, there are juste 20 recent docs. How can I increase this number. In old forum, there was a solution : creating a key with regedit. How to find a list of Recent Documents in Windows 10

Hi,

Recent document option has been removed on Windows 10. Instead, on Windows 10 you have an option recent files. To access it, follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + E.
• Under File Explorer, select Quick access.
• Now, you will find a section Recent files which will display all the recently viewed files/documents.

Windows 10 stores recent document lists in many places, it depends on the different application as to where that list is stored

What application are you trying to find recent documents for?

Also, in the meantime, open Windows File Explorer, on the left, click 'Quick Access' do you see the document(s) you are looking for listed there?
