Windows 10: How can I move OneDrive to external Drive connected to Router?

Hello I have a Dell XPS8920 running Windows 10 Home, version 22H2I am running out of space on the computer.I bought a 14TB WD EasyStore external drive and connected to my router for storage space.I am trying to move my OneDrive to the external drive.It will not let me move the folder to the EasyStore drive by unlinking the account and moving as provided in the instructions I looked up,Is there a way I can accomplish this without have to redownload nearly a TB of information?Thank you for your help!Respectfully,Chad

Connecting an external hard drive to a modem-router

The "small light on the front of the drive is no longer illuminated" suggests it's not getting power. As I recall the Essential line of drives had their own power supply.

For access by other computers I have 2 WD My Cloud 2TB NAS drives connected to my Router via the Ethernet cables.

step 1: try with a different USB cable

step 2: take the drive out of the enclosure and connect it internally to your PC

quite likely the cable or enclosure has died. if you're re-initialising the disk you might actually be erasing it... so dont do that.
