I am working to prepare to deploy Windows 11 23H2 in my organization. This will be our first rollout of Windows 11; we are currently running Windows 10.In mid-November, we downloaded an installer ISO to use for this work. The filename is 'SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_11_23H2_64BIT_English_Pro_Ent_EDU_N_MLF_X23-59562.ISO'. I have successfully used it to install Windows 11 23H2; the resulting Windows identifies itself, in the 'winver' dialog, as OS Build 22631.2428.I assumed that, since this is an ISO for Windows 11 23H2, the included applications would be up-to-date as of the date when 23H2 was released - o

I want to download the Windows 11 23H2 ISO. But for some reason, I'm having some issues downloading the Windows 11 23H2 ISO.
