Windows 10: How can I open any hidden or only-read folder? I am an administrator user but I can't.

I can't open any hidden nor only-read folder. I am an administrator user.How can I open any hidden or only-read folder?For example, if I try to open WindowsApps in pale yelow:"Continua"Permission denied. Use security tab.I don't know how to use security tab. But, most important, I don't want to use it with every hidden folder.I think there are another way to do it with all folders, and may be it's related to my rights as Windows user.How can I open any hidden or only-read folder?How can I work as administrator with all rights?

Hidden folders

I installed `Kane and Lynch` on my PC twice in Program Files(x86) folder but I can`t find them (2 folders with game). But free space on my HDD is lower. So there`re those folders on my hdd. I use option `unhide` hidden folders but still can`t find them. Any suggestions? How can i delete those hidden folders?

When I run istallation for this game I can see those folders in Program Files(x86) folde.

I`m using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

We would like to clarify how did you enable the Hidden Administrator account. We suggest using the
Local Security Policy to enable to hidden administrator in Windows 10. Kindly follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
• Type secpol.msc, and click on OK.
• In the left pane, click on the Local Policies folder to expand it, and click on the
  Security Options folder.
• In the right pane of Security Options, double click on
  Accounts: Administrator account status.
• Select Enabled, and click on OK.

How to make a Uber Hidden Folder

• Make a new folder.
• Change the icon to a blank icon. No icon should appear
• Rename the folder to a blank by pressing "alt + 255." (NOTE: Press 255 on the numpad) No text should appear.
• Your done! It is uber hidden. *Big Grin
