Windows 10: How can I overcome my inability to sign in to Windows 11?

The motherboard in the PC that I have used for some years for my video editing hobby died. So, I took the opportunity to replace all the necessary parts and upgrade the PC to Windows 11. Having done that I used the PC Health facility to confirm whether the PC was now eligible for the upgrade and found that it was. In addition to that, when I checked the Windows update page I found a message urging me to get the Win 11 upgrade! However, I could not find any way to make that happen so I contacted Microsoft Tech Support for help using voice support. The supp

It's possible for you to change the sign-in method of your computer once you're logged in. Since you can't remember your password, if you're using your Microsoft account, we suggest that you follow the steps

Once you're able to sign in, you can change the sign-in options by following these steps:

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
