Windows 10: How can I prevent anyone from viewing data on a specific HDD, while still enabling another...

Despite being in my early 30’s, I’m cognizant that my poor physical health will end my life much sooner than most people like to generally expect or desire. With that fact in mind, I’ve decided to prepare for that inevitability by organizing and storing my digital life in a way that ensures my privacy is ensured once I’m gone.I have over a dozen hard drives totaling 50TB with various purposes. I want a particular hard drive to contain all of the info my family is free to eventually browse and keep, such as the books I’ve personally written, extensive research I’ve conducted, my ebook archive

It is possible that your
HDD was unreadable
causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:

• 
  Shutdown
  your
  PC.
  
• 
  Unhooked
  the
  HDD
  and
  turn on
  your
  PC.
  
• 
  Reconnect
  your
  HDD
  and
  restart
  your
  PC.
  

If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
laptop/computer's manufacturer
for further assistance.

I note you're still on build 1909 ... is that info out of date, or is there a reason you're staying with that build?

 

Any portable Windows tool that monitors activities on a specific HDD?

Seeking advice on a (preferably) portable Windows tool that shows all activities and / or processes that are accessing a specific HDD.
When launching WIndows' Resource Monitor (tab 'Disk') it will show activities on -all- drives. AFAIK there is no way to 'limit' thge display of activities just for one drive out of the list.

Any suggestions?
