Windows 10: How can I prevent Connected Standby from draining my battery?

I have a Dell Inspiron 7506 laptop that's less than a year old and updated to the latest version of Windows 11, and I experienced my first battery issue with it today. I charged the device's battery all the way to 100% last night, put it in my bag, and went to bed. Then, when I woke up in the morning and drove to campus, I took my laptop out of my bag to do work before class, and I found the battery to be at 42%.I did some research online about how to check battery health metrics and I learned how to use the built-in Windows Command Terminal to generate a Battery Report. Battery drain


Windows 10 is draining all my battery.
I used to have 2.5hours standby on windows 8.1.
I can barely go through an hour on windows 10.

 

Nokia N95 - Active Standby - Does it drain the battery?

Hi one of my friends told me the other day that they were told that Active standby really drains you're battery. Is this true? cause I like active standby but don't wanner use it if it drains my battery

 

LUMIA 550 Battery Drain even on Standby

Using Lumia 550 for last 1 month ,within 2 weeks of opening the box and using it normally the device battery started to drain even in standby. The Battery drain Rate is about 20-25% in 8-10 hours with

• Wifi OFF
• DATA connection OFF
• SYNC OFF
• NO pending Apps
• NO background APPs Running
• Proper Network

Tried hard resetting the device few times and the device works awesome for next 4-5 days and again the same problem arises.
