Windows 10: How can I prevent the date and time on my Windows 11 laptop from going out-of-sync?

The date and time on my Windows 11 laptop are almost always out-of-sync. I think that the date and time on my laptop goes out-of-sync every time the laptop is shut down or put into sleep mode. I can resync the date and time on my laptop by clicking the "Sync now" button found in the "Time & language > Date & time" section of the "Settings" program on my laptop. However, the date and time on my laptop will always eventually go out-of-sync again. I do not know what is causing the date and time on my laptop to go out-of-sync, and I do not remember exactly when my laptop started experie

Date and Time Not Syncing Automatically

I am a Windows 10 user. I am also using Linux Ubuntu in parallel with Windows 10 as I have dual booted my laptop. The problem I am facing is that the date and time is not automatically syncing in Windows 10. Everytime I boot Windows, I have to manually sync
it by going to "Date and Time Settings" and clicking on Sync Now.

The date and time in ubuntu is working just fine and shows no problem which indicates that there is no hardware issue.

The "Set time automatically" option in Date & Time settings is on but it doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Time & date always wrong

Since upgrading to Windows 11 a few months ago, the time and date on my system are always wrong on boot. I have to go into date & time settings and click "Sync Now" to fix it.

I've tried multiple debugging steps but nothing has worked:

1. Replaced the CMOS battery. I also dualboot linux on my PC and the time is correct there. My BIOS settings are saved. So I believe the battery is fine.
   
2. Set "Windows Time Service" in services.msc to start automatically. Stopped and restarted it.
   
3. Run SFC and DISM checks. Both OK.
   
4. Ran windows update. Everything is up to date.

Everything seems to be fine once i manually sync time. So why isn't it syncing on boot? Where is it getting the wrong time from if the BIOS time is correct?

 

Time & Date won't sync on start-up

Since the big win 10 update last month I've been having trouble with time & date, it just won't sync anymore on start-up.I did google and it led me to the check service and change to automatic from manual, still doesn't help.When using laptop and I do the time manual it keeps correct while I'm on, but when I shut down and come back the next day the date & time are from the last time I was on laptop.
