    How can I prevent windows 11 Bloatware in my organization. Spotify,Disney+,tiktok,instagram


    I have got a Volume licensed system image of windows 11 working great apart from the fact that i cannot seem to remove or prevent the terrible bloatware packaged with windows 11. I work for a Very large organisation who do not want employees to be able to access this junk.Please suggest something which can resolve this horrendous issue.

    Windows 11 Pro Bloatware

    Hello.

    Windows 11 Pro is preinstalling and shoving icons in start manu for bloatware like tiktok, Instagram etc.

    This is extremely unprofessional and possible security risk.

    Is there a GPO which I can use for deployment of our computes to stop this behaviour?

    Windows 11 upgrade installed tiktok automatically

    Once I upgraded windows 10 to 11, the tiktok is auto installed.

    I don't want it to be installed silently.

    Now I tried to install windows 11 again but cannot reproduce. Tiktok is not installed by default.

    Anyone knows the reason? Microsoft changed the auto update server so tiktok is not pushed to client side silently?

    Advertisement Placeholders Windows 11

    Hello,

    Having an issue with bloatware, namely advertisement placeholders for Spotify, Instagram, Disney, on the start menu.

    We have all relevant privacy settings turned off, we also have GPO's in place to turn off said settings (GPO's are applying), so these should not be getting displayed:

    System -> Notifications -> Get tips and suggestions when I use Windows (off)

    Privacy & Security -> General -> all off

    Privacy & Security -> Tailored Experiences -> off

    We also have Windows Spotlight disabled via GPO

    Using Windows 11 Pro, any help in removing these via a GPO would be greatly appreciated.

    Would like to avoid having to remove these manually, if possible (given they shouldn't really be present on a Pro install at all)
