Windows 10: How can I print color documents in black and white?

    How can I print color documents in black and white?


    I accidentally scanned hundreds of documents in color. When I tried to print in b/w, the print is coming with gray background. Is there any workaround to convert my documents to black and white?

    The documents contain private info so I don't want to try online converters. I don't want to buy any software for one use. Is there any in-built feature for this in Windows?

    Color prints black and white

    For us to isolate the issue on your printer, we suggest that you perform a copy of black and white document on your printer (use it like a photocopying machine).

    If you are still unable to print color , the issue might have something to do with the ink or nozzles. If it works, download the latest drivers

    How to: Print in Black & White

    I don't want to print the color in a document, I only want to print in black. But my print page doesn't give me the option of grayscale or Black & White. It just prints whatever colors that are on the page. Can I change that?

    Color prints black and white

    My pictures in the library are in color. When I picked a picture it came on the main screen as color. When I tried to print it. It came out in black and white.

    Why? How do I correct this?
