Windows 10: How can I push system to show blue screen?

Hello building pc for nephew and been dealing with blue screen for memory management. It took me two days to install windows alone. Some used components in this build, so far Ive eliminated some possible causes: bad ram (passed 5 passes in memtest86) also tried a new set of ram still with same bsod.

Replaced mobo, installed new ssd, checked updates and drivers. Since then the blue screen is less frequent and pc can do some heavy multitasking and game fine. Has a few random blue screens here and there still. Im thinking gpu or psu only things left but like I said I can game fine on this gpu for at least an hour and never blue screened while gaming. It will happen randomly like doing something simple, opening a new tab or clicking a link for instance but its random.

Ive now updated bios as last resort and thankfully it didnt crash during update. So how can I make a blue screen happen now or be sure it will not have issues? This is an Xmas present and Id hate to give him a pc he cant troubleshoot. Thanks any help much appreciated!
