Windows 10: How can I re-activate my windows 10?

I bought a prebuilt PC with windows 8 in 2014 and upgraded it to windows 8.1 and then windows 10 respectively when they became free to upgrade toI have just changed my motherboard, CPU and RAM and successfully re-activated windows 10 using the activation troubleshooting after selecting "I have recently changed hardware on this PC"But the motherboard turned out to be faulty an MSI b550m-a Pro, so I had to send it back and I bought an MSI b550m Pro-VDH WiFi instead, but now the troubleshooting doesn't work and it says "Unable to activate windows", I'm assuming because I had to do this twice, I

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
