    How can I re-subscribe for a Microsoft account?


    My name is Tameka Comer/Ford. I am having a problem with re-subscribing. Its not allowing me to put in a password, the pin is rejected as well. It continues to ask me for a passkey. It says the smiley face is not available, nor a pin code. At one point I did have a personal account, however, I do not remember that outlook email. Can I talk to someone. I have tried your trouble-shooting advice.

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
