    How can I reach Microsoft direct about an unauthorized charge?


    I received an unauthorized Microsoft charge on my PayPal account. When I reported this, PayPal provided a bogus MS email address all get bounced back, and the number provided is for some life alert system. When I reported this to PayPal too, they told me I have to contact Microsoft. I've been on their website for an hour and there is no agent to discuss this with either on the phone or online. When I call the toll free number, it directs me to go to their website. So I've been going in circles. I have a personal Outlook account that I never check and saw I was billed for this on the 10/11/2

    8/31/23 Help! I need to cancel an unauthorized charge from Microsoft (Windows 10) via a local computer store @ Hilo, HI.

    The amount in question: $73.14; Technician (Randall) who installed the program is no longer employed at this local computer store.

    This local computer store is not wanting to help me to get my money back. Instead they (Clerk: Dell) told me to get in touch with my bank

    to stop payment for the unauthorized purchase. What should I do? I am unable to reach Microsoft by phone. Please help!

    I have 6 unauthorized charges in my microsoft account, i did do this charges each of the 6 charges are $50 each ones, i try to get a refund but there is no way to do this in the page, i need to solve this problem, could you point me to the right number to call?
