Windows 10: HOW CAN I READ UDF EXTENSION FILE OR OPEN AND PRINT

Hello, I need help for UDF extension file to be able to open and print it anywhere. it is a offical document that i need to open. Mostly, I see it is related DVD but mine is only UDF.extension document. thanks for advance

Shortcut to print without opening Visio File (VSDX extension)?

Since, without opening file, I can print VSDX file by following steps:

1. open file with Internet Explorer
   
2. get Internet Explorer to print.
   

Is there a shortcut ? My wish to have:

1. right click file with VSDX extension and print just like Office documents?
   
2. VBS using COM
   
3. Powershell script

What versions of Windows support read-only UDF file systems on USB SSDs?

There was a previous question asked at Redirecting about a Windows update that disabled mounting of UDF file systems on USB SSDs. The thread has been locked, without resolution.

With all of the limitations of Windows in reading long file names from its native file systems, including with the tragically crippled Joliet file system that is Microsoft's extension to ISO9660 (versus the Rock Ridge extensions used by Unix-like systems), UDF is the only cross-platform file system with reasonable treatment of long file names. This feature being broken means we are unable to share entire filesystems (even as readonly) with people on different platforms in any reliable way.

In my case I have just had a Windows user, who claims to be running on a system that is up to date with the latest Windows Updates, report that a hybrid UDF/Joliet/Rock Ridge file system on a USB stick was not recognised by Windows, which suggested formatting the device.

Searching for documentation on which versions of Windows support this yields nothing meaningful.

Is anybody in a position to produce an authoritative document listing the versions and patch-levels of Windows that are capable of mounting a UDF file system on a USB SSD? Does it make a difference that the device has been marked read-only?

UDF CD properties shows 200+ MB data on disc but will not open any folder or file on disc.

I guess I need a reader of some type. Can you please suggest some basic simple alternatives to try ?
