Windows 10: How can I receive a refund

Microsoft was purchased on my personal computer by my child and I did not authorize the purchase

Requested a refund got email saying refund processed 25th April still not received it

 

.Has anyone ever received a refund from Microsoft for a product?

I am trying to get a refund for Microsoft 365 have given it a try for a Month and do not want it, has anyone ever received a refund from Microsoft?
