Windows 10: How can I recover everything from before Reset

So i did a reset and chose to keep my files. The apps were all removed and the settings were back to default. Now I need to redownload the apps and I have to personalize my settings again. But I want to go back to my previous settings and apps. Unfortunately, on system restore it only shows "windows update" and there is no option to show more restore points. Is there anyway i can completely go back to how everything was before?

Account Recovery

If resetting your Microsoft Account password does not work, you may still recover your account by answering the Recovery Form.
The account recovery form is meant to be the last option to get you back into your account. the recovery form gives you a chance to prove that you own your account.

Fill out Recovery Form

2. Enter a working email address that we can use to contact you about your account recovery

Recovering apps lost to reset

I reset my dell inspiron computer with windows 10 and lost some apps in the process. I have a list of them but I do not know how to recover them
