Windows 10: How can I recover my computer's principal account ?

Hello there,I am using lenovo thinkpad X250 with windows 10 Pro and I use to connect with my fingerprint. So I forgot my principal account's password. But I still have my microsoft password, the one that I use to connect here microsoft.com and I can also access to my principal account; but only with my fingerprint. I would like to know if there is something I can do to recover my password or change to another password ?
