Windows 10: How can I recover my lost files because my windows has update in 2022 and got all my files...

It was since 21th September 2022 that all my files were gone, I was worried but I gave up. Today, I knew some information to restore my files back and it's still don't work. I downloaded some new stuff now. Nostalgia got me, So I tried to find a way to get my old files back Rar games, Pictures, Videos But how? I also saw today at the specification of my windows, that the edition of my windows is maybe different I think windows 10 turned into windows 10 Professional, has a new version for awhile 22H2, And the day that windows restarted everything and lost my files was downloaded in 21/09

File Lost!!

I had that happen once where I lost a file that was too big to recover, and I couldn't find a utility that could do it, either . . .

I ended up having to take the HDD to CompUSA and have them retrieve the lost info *Eek!
