Windows 10: How can I recover my original settings?

Using laptop with Win 11 V. 21H2. I don't usually turn it off but close the lid and the equipment was available when I reopened it. It was not so last Sunday: when I openned the lid the equipment was off. When I pressed the power key, at some point in the process I don't remember the moment exactly because I didn't care about it the PC asked me to "log out", which I did. At the end of the boot process I saw, with great amazement, that the screen that was offered to me had nothing to do with the usual one desktop with multiple icons that, over time, I had placed and that the taskbar was cen

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

It depends on how you 'Formatted Computer to original settings'. Check your hard drive for this folder:

C:\Windows.old

If that folder exists, then navigate to (replace YourLoginName:
C:\Windows.old\Users\YourLoginName

You should be able to recover your files from there . . .

If that folder does not exist, you probably will not be able to recover your files, what were the steps you took to restore your computer to its original settings?
