Windows 10: How can I recover my password?

Hello. I have a windows laptop but I have forgotten the password to it as I usually use my fingerprint. The email it is connected to is no longer in use, so when i press "forget password" I can't access the link it would bring me to. This would've been prevented if the laptop didn't ask me to change my password every month. Is there any way I can fix this?
