Windows 10: How can I recover or find my pictures on One Drive Personal?

I updated my Microsoft with One Drive Personal. My pictures are gone from my picture files. Where are they and how can I recover them. I want to delete One Drive Personal.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Open Desktop Background by right clicking on the desktop clicking Personalization
  
• 
  Click the picture or color that you want to use for your desktop background.
  
• 
  If the picture you want to use isn't in the list of desktop background pictures, click an item in the Picture location list to see other categories, or click Browse to search for the picture on your computer.
  When you find the picture that you want, double-click it. It will become your desktop background.

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
