Hello,I am experiencing an issue with logging into my computer using my Microsoft account. After initially setting up a PIN for faster login, I logged out and now I can't access my account because I forgot the PIN. The login screen asks for both my Microsoft account password and PIN, but I can’t remember the PIN.I have tried entering my password, but the system still requires the PIN, and I don't see any option to reset or recover the PIN on the login screen.Could you please guide me on how to recover or reset my forgotten PIN so I can regain access to my account?Thank you for your help!

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account

User forgotten password and pin to log into Windows PC

Hi a user has forgotten their password and pin to log into their PC also forgotten password for Microsoft account and email where anything can be recovered to. Is is possible to create a bootable windows from a memory stick and sort it out that way without losing any data? or perhaps another way? Thanks
