Windows 10: How can I redeem a Gift Certificate if I never get the verification code ??? SO FRUSTRATING

I am trying to get a GC from BEST BUY but a redemption code has to be sent ...it never arrives !!!! Microsoft and their so called security verification **** ...sooooooo frustrating !!!
