How can I reduce Hard-Faults during startup?

Hi,I had this wicked EvilGenius idea of taking a Cisco UCS C200 M2 rack computer and turn it inty my PC!It has 2 physical CPUs running at 2.5GHz which pack 24 logical CPUs. It has 200GB of DDR3 RAM running on 12 memory cards with 6 data buses. It has UltraSCSI card with 4 SAS drives and 16GB of cache and I've seen it top at 25GB/s! I even stuffed a GTX 1650 card into it by modifying a riser module and attacking the chassis with a hack saw and duct-tape! :/I thought this setup would ***** but NO! It is EXTREMELY SLOW when booting. I mean it's litterally crawling during start-up with a boot time

    :)

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why-
Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated.
Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located
Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found
Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings
Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps
    Step 6- Doesn't work.

    Thanks for trying

Cannot launch Settings on startup menu

    Hi Luky,

Thank you for posting your reply.

I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
