Windows 10: How can I register a Non Profit Organisation when the phone number verification never works?

I'm attempting to register nonprofit account but I am stuck at "Step 3 - Help us verify it's you". I enter my mobile phone number, click the Text Me button and the text never arrives. I've tried this numerous times over a couple of days now, also tried a landline number using the Call Me button, but never get a call.I've tried SMS verification on another website with my mobile and it works perfectly, so there is nothing wrong with my phone.The County/area code I've entered is correct, as is the phone number. I've checked my Blocked/Spam SMSes, but nothing in there either.Clearly this a very co

Software Handshake not working with non-profit organization.

I have a program for a non-profit I work with. I need to register my software with the org, and it is supposed to do a ping-test/handshake with the organization. However, the program is not finding the internet. I am connected, and use Edge and Chrome just fine. I went into my firewall, and added the program to allow it thru the firewall (both public and private), but still not working. The org is seeing no traffic from my computer (they were monitoring as I hit the register button). I have Windows 11, and HP Wolf Security. Any suggestions would be super! Thanks.

If you checked store.microsoft.com and there's no non-profit upgrade prices listed then you'll have to pay the regular price.

Can anyone shed any light on Windows 10/Windows 10 Enterprise for Non-Profit Organisations? There is absolutely NOTHING about this in this forum or anywhere else on the internet.

NB. This is not specifically an "Upgrade Reservation" question, just that that was the only option available for posting this question.
