Windows 10: How can I reinstall drivers on a PC without working keyboard/mouse?

So essentially, I have a very old second hand computer that recently stopped working entirely, it seemed as though windows broke after an update. I entered repair mode on startup and reset the PC to factory settings while keeping my files in an attempt to fix thisNow, after the reset, I can get to the login screen but my keyboard and mouse do not work. They work in BIOS and they work in the repair screen but anything after boot they completely break. My assumption is the drivers have uninstalled somehow during my restart, but I don’t know how I can get them back?I’ve already tried to restore m

Microsoft 5050 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Not Detected

Hi,
I have a new Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard 2000 now.
Tried what you suggested with an old keyboard, connected the new one and it's a bit better.
I stll get an error saying the 'MKCHelper.exe' file is missing.
I still can't uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Centre, as it says it is on the PC, but is not listed in the list of software to uninstall.
When I slow the wheel scroll speed down, it works fine, but when I restart the PC I have to do it again, as it speeds up so much I can't control it.
