Windows 10: How can I remove a custom keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+w after uninstalling the program that...

I recently uninstalled Microsoft Office 2000 Premium, including Word 2000 and Excel 2000. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove the keyboard shortcuts for these two programs before I uninstalled Office 2000. Now I'm trying to use the same keyboard shortcuts to open the 2021 versions of Word and Excel. But when I press either keyboard shortcut, Windows tries to open the old Office 2000 versions of Word and Excel, instead of the 2021 versions. Of course, since Office 2000 is already uninstalled, Windows cannot find the 2000 versions of Word and Excel, so it displays an error message indicating that

What windows process executes the custom keyboard shortcuts that a user can define to open files or programs?

For example I may have a file on my desktop where I defined CTRL+ALT+E to open a favorite excel file. So whenever I hit this key combo, the excel file opens.

I depend on this functionality but there are some times that it doesn't work and want to know what windows process is responsible for executing the command in order to troubleshoot. In particular these shortcut keys don't typically work during a MS Teams
call.

List custom keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

I would like to create a shortcut to Windows Update using CTRL-ALT-U, but when I try to put that in the shortcut key area of the shortcut, it blanks out again. This means I have used that key combo elsewhere, but typing it doesn't do anything. I upgraded
from Win7 to Win10 and I think I set it for Windows 7 Update.

My questions are,

1. How do I reassign this shortcut?
2. How do I get a list of custom shortcuts that are already set?
