Windows 10: How can I remove an old work account?

Windows will not update saying my organisation controls updates.I have tried to remove the account from my PC by going in to Account Manager and using the Disconnect option but it doesnt work. I've also looked at Credentials Manager but there is nothing listed there at all. I have also look in the registry under various place that have been suggested on the internet but I cannot find anything to remove there either. Short of formatting the hard drive and starting over, how can I get rid of this account as everntually i'll want to move over to windows 11 and currently I cannot.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
