Windows 10: How can I remove people as a child ?

How can I remove people as a child if I can't sign in my adult account ? The story is like this : As a child I just created two accounts and I put the 1st account is an adult and the 2nd is a child and when I accidently forgot the password of the 1st account as an adult and now , when I remember back my password I didn't know that the Microsoft thing had locked my account and until now , it haven't unlock it yet. I hope I will unlock this again and sign in to unlock my google chrome :

Unable to remove child account from Family

Thanks Elise. Your suggestion worked. I contacted live chat option via "Get Help" app.

Just for others who read this in future I had performed the following steps to solve the issue.

1. Log into Microsoft Family Safety
   
2. Select 3 dots on the top right of child's card & select "Remove consent for this child's account"
   
3. It then warns, "You are about to remove parental consent for this child. They will no longer have permissions to access certain Microsoft sites and services."
   
4. Click on "Remove consent" button
   
5. Go back to Microsoft Family Safety home page. Wait for few seconds for settings to reflect. The child account will disappear from family home page.
   

 

Removing child from family account

Just want to make sure these are the steps you followed. When you log into the organizer's account (https://account.microsoft.com) and click on Family, do you see your child's account listed? If so, click on the three dots on the child's icon and click on "Manage consent". On the next page, remove the consent first, then you can proceed to remove the child account.

Let’s try simple steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue. I would suggest you to remove the child account from family safety and add it again. Follow the below steps to remove the child account.

• 
  To remove a child, choose Remove at the top of the section labeled Select a child to view or edit their settings.
  
• 
  To remove an adult, including the account you used to sign in with, choose Remove at the top of the Adults section. If you're the only adult in the family, you'll need to remove all the kids before you can remove yourself.
  
• 
  Select the person you want to remove from the family.
  
• Select the Remove button that appears when you've chosen the person to remove.

Once you remove the account, try to add the account again and check it helps.
