Windows 10: How can I remove "Some settings are managed by your organization" on Windows 10 Pro

Hi, so i wanted to update to Windows 11, however that's not possible as some Group Settings suddenly prevent me from doing that. I already tried lots of tips here and in other Forums but I'm stuck. I once installed Citrix for Work but removed it again. I suppose that might be the reason for those settings.Thanks for your Help!

Issue: “Some settings are managed by your organization”.

If your computer is not connected to a Domain, I suggest you to try the suggestions from the thread below and check if it helps:

Well, it is kind of annoying and abnormal to my opinion that, as computer owners, we do not get a list of the settings managed by our organization.

I am a student that is using his private computer with two accounts, the first as my personal account, and the other as the "work or school account".
I am indeed sometime getting the "this setting is managed by your organization" message (even though I know it's not an "error"); thus, I would have liked to have an exhaustive list of all the settings that are managed by my organization without needing to check every settings page and tabs one by one.
