Windows 10: How can i remove the keyboard layout "French Belgium"

I tried to upload screenshots, but for some reason i couldn't. So I did my best to explain it as clearly as possible.The problemThe language/input indicator in my taskbar displays the keyboard layout French Belgium, even though i never installed the language.What i tried to fix itI tried removing it trough the settings panel, but had no success. Cannot remove Keyboard Layout

How to Remove this Keyboard layout

i tried the steps in that post. I will list everything that I tried here:

Removing any other language pack, installing the language pack of the keyboard layout that I wanna remove and then remove it

install the keyboard layout and try to remove it

delete it in regedit

these administrator settings.

nothing seems to be working, might it be that my region is set to Germany?
