Windows 10: how can i remove this? from zapisane przez program internet explorer 11

I have started my laptop and this box came i am not able to remove it ,i looked up different things it could be like information boxes but nothing seem to work .it is a very long pop up i cant move it,close it or modify it,its not a virus and i saw other people had the same messagge online i am not good with laptops but my daugheter is and tried to update the system,see if an app was the one causing this and re starting it we were uncusessfullany suggestions on how to remove it are welcome,the box/window is not there untli after the password to log into the pc is inserted and is extrymly long

Salve, sono alcuni giorni che ogni volta che accendo il pc che mi si apre una finestra con la scritta " Zapisane przez program internet explorer 11 datata 11 agosto 2021"

Non vi sono icone per ridurla nè per chiuderla. volevo sapere gentilmente cosa bisogna fare per toglierla.

Corrupted Internet Explorer settings are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We recommend removing Internet Explorer form the Windows 10, then add it again. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
  
• Click Programs and Features.
  
• Click Turn Windows features on or off in the left pane.
  
• Clear the Internet Explorer 11 option.
  
• Click OK, then Yes to confirm.
  
• Click Restart now to remove the web browser.
  
• To re-add Internet Explorer, repeat steps 1 to 3.
  
• Select Internet Explorer 11 option.
  
• Click OK, then Yes to confirm.
  
• Click Restart now.
