    A week ago, I had a problem where I was unable to install a CH340 driver, and I fixed it by going to:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DeviceInstall\ParametersAnd setting DeviceInstallDisabled to 0 and rebooting.However, the thread where I asked how to fix the initial driver issue remains unsolved, as I still have the unknown device error, as shown here:When I open up the properties of the Unknown device, I get the following: The drivers for this device are not installed.
