    How can I remove unknown device with yellow flag problem chipset issue?


    A week ago, I had a problem where I was unable to install a CH340 driver, and I fixed it by going to:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DeviceInstall\ParametersAnd setting DeviceInstallDisabled to 0 and rebooting.However, the thread where I asked how to fix the initial driver issue remains unsolved, as I still have the unknown device error, as shown here:When I open up the properties of the Unknown device, I get the following: The drivers for this device are not installed. Code 28.The hardware ID for these devices is *AMDTOOLSDEV, indicating a problem with the chip

    X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

    I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

    How would you suggest I isolate the issue?

    I want to know if it is an issue with my Keyboard, or my mouse or the fact that there is an Unknown Device in my Device Manager with a Yellow Flag.
