Windows 10: How Can I Remove Unwanted Desktop Apps from a Standard User's Account Without Affecting the...

For context, I am the admin user of the pc. I create a secondary user without any email or so on on the same pc giving it Standard privilege. Aka a standard user.Now the Standard user has unnecessary Apps on it's Desktop which apparently are not shortcuts. So when I delete it with the help of the admin it deletes on the entire computer. How do I remove the apps that displays on the Standard user's Desktop without deleting it on the entire pc? To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

I request you to login to built-in admin account and check if you are able to remove the standard user account.

Steps to Enable Built-In Administrator account.

  Type “net user administrator /active:yes”.

  Once you’re done, you can access your built-in administrator account by logging off your current account anytime.

It looks like that bug is affecting this for all users as well.

You might create a batch file to use to help make removing the unwanted apps per account easier.
