Windows 10: How can I repair my PC without knowing my password?

My PC is in repair mode and to access options within the troubleshoot->advanced options tab I can't choose anything because I don't know my password because I only use a passcode. Is there any way to save my PC?

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

• Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
• Select Troubleshoot
• Choose Advanced option
• Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
• Once done, your system will restart.
