Windows 10: How can I report a live chat agent and get assistance with that?

I am having issues with my mic playing back low, the agent was helpful at first by trying to figure out what was wrong. Later when he believed he had fixed the issue, he became extremely unhelpful while I requested confirmation the issue was resolved I have been receiving help for an hour already so I wanted to make sure. He showed me my settings that the issue was "fixed" however the issue in settings appears as "fixed" before I made contact and I was unable to get the audio issue resolved. As the agent did not know how to fix the issue, he started to speak in circles, which prompted me to

Microsoft Live Chat Support or Help with Issue

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.
