I have a business and someone has set up a fake outlook address and are emailing my customers asking them to pay invoices into a new bank account. How do I report an email account that has been made in outlook and they are trying to extort money from my clients?

Identity Theft, Security on my Windows 10 PC

Recently I was a victim of Identity Theft. I got a call from this guy who said he worked for Microsoft. Like a fool I let him remotely access on of my other Windows 10 PCs. Can anyone suggest how I can better protect myself. I signed up with Identity Guard.

Another question I have is on the Windows 10 PC I am using now, when I am entering information on a website, such as my email address or password, and even as I am typing this question, I box appears, and what I am typing shows up in the "box." Does anyone
know what this is, and how I can get rid of it?
