Windows 10: how can i reset a password on an account that belongs to an admin account

i made an admin account connected to my Microsoft account for business, so it makes the regular user unable to change the password on it, but i lost access to the admin account to be able to reset the password, is there any way i can reset the password without logging on to the admin account

Site was pwnd not so long ago resulting in a general member password reset
so unless you reset your password since then your old account password wont work.
Try contacting one of the admins to see if they can help you out

1) I hope I haven't broken the rules
2) I created a new account because I couldn't remember the password to the old one
3) Not sure. I like the 2005 reg date in a vanity sense and I was doing some lookup stuff with that account to trouble shoot my friend's pc (friend bought my old opteron / 7800GT rig) back in 2009.

Okay its probably hopeless then. *Frown .
