Windows 10: How can I reset my computer back to factory settings without a disk when it has the blue...

My Hp windows 10 desktop computer was working fine until one day I unplugged it while cleaning on accident and when I tried to boot it back up it had a blue screen of death. Displaying the Error code CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. I have tried loads of different things and no luck. I was wondering if there is a way to factory reset the computer without a disk or USB. I can't get into the computer at all. I can't even figure out how to connect it to the internet from this screen.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the helps.

Step 1: Remove all the external devices (except keyboard and mouse) connected to the computer and check if it helps.

Step 2: I suggest you to download the Windows 10 ISO and create a Media Creation tool and then perform Automatic Repair.

Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:

• Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message, you might need to
  change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the disk or USB. When you see the 'Install Windows' page, tap or click 'Repair your computer' link to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click 'Troubleshoot'.
• Click, Advanced Options and then click on 'Automatic Repair'.
• After this complete the repair and see if you are able to boot in to your computer.

Reset computer to factory settings

I tried to reset my computer to factory settings but since I have installed windows 10 I no longer get that option but when I go in settings it does allow me to completely delete all of my files. Once I chose that option, the computer restarts then a blue
screen comes on and asks me to choose my keyboard setting and has several countries to choose from but there is no mouse arrow for me to choose therefore I cannot complete the task. I just turn the computer off holding the on button down and try to start
again but still have to go through the same process. Any suggestions?

Reset to factory settings

No I love Windows 10.....but my computer was acting strange so I thought I would do a factory reset and put Windows 10 back onto my computer.

If I do create a bootable Windows 10 would I lose the recover drive information that comes with the computer?

Could you give me the steps to create a bootable of Windows 10.....I asked HP if there was anyway I could get Windows 10 put on it while they had it and they said no.
