Windows 10: How can I reset my laptop when I click on troubleshoot it just skips to advanced options?

Hi I was trying to reset my laptop but when I click on troubleshoot it just skips to advanced options and doesn’t let me reset my laptop I’m assuming that is the school administrator doing but how can I reset my laptop without it skipping to advanced options.

Unable to reset Laptop(Reset option missing in troubleshoot)

There is a virus in my laptop and I am trying to reset my laptop but I am unable to do so.i was unable to open settings so I used command prompt to open WinRe but the reset option is missing there.When I am clicking on troubleshoot in WinRe it is directly taking me to advanced options the window where reset my PC is there is missing .Can anybody help please .The startup settings option in advanced settings is also missing.I have a legion 5 pro.

The issue that you're having usually happens when a specific process of the system got interrupted. This interruption can lead to system/hardware corruption. Since you were able to access that Advance troubleshooting (Window Recovery), we would like to know
if you have tried choosing the option Safe mode with Networking. If not, we suggest booting from it using the steps below:

• Go to Advance Troubleshooting.
• Under Advance options, choose Startup Settings.
• Choose Enable Safe mode with Networking or press F5.
  

After successfully booting the computer to it, we suggest running the System File Checker. Kindly follow the steps on this article to perform it:
Using System File Checker in Windows 10. Once done, type chkdsk c: /f
on the Command Prompt then click Enter. Wait for the process to finish, then
Restart your computer.

Let us resolve your concern regarding frequent reboot. We suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your laptop.
• Turn on your laptop. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your laptop turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your laptop for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.
