Windows 10: How can I reset my PIN when my secondary email account no longer exists?

I recently purchased a new Lenovo computer with Windows 11. I set up the computer with the Windows Account and everything was find until the camera stopped working. Lenovo sent a technician who replaced the motherboard and monitor. Now the system is asking me to reset my PIN and wants to send me a code to an old email address that no longer exists. the Phone number on the account goes to a land line that cannot accept texts. Trying to update the secondary email or phone locks out the account for 30 days. I tried resetting the account with the form and that only allowed me to reset my Windo

Can't delete "emails and apps" account that no longer exists

I have an email account through a university I no longer attend that is included in my list of accounts. I receive constant notifications saying that I need to "update the password" for this account, but I can't because the account no longer exists. I also
can't delete the account from Windows because when I click "Manage" it sends me to a login page for the nonexistent email. Is there a way to get around this and remove the account from my computer?

There's a lot of possible reasons why this issue occurred. To
isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

  On what application are you trying to re-add your account?
  
• 
  What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  

We suggest that you perform a
clean boot
and try adding your email account again. It is possible that the email account was saved from the background that is causing the error message to appear.

Note:
Reset the computer back to
Normal Mode
once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section
"How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting"
from the same article.

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.
