    How can I resolve a BSOD on my new surface laptop?


    I got a new surface laptop a couple of days ago, I updated windows, then tried to create a system restore point. I keep getting stop code 0xc000021a. I can’t access windows, and I don’t know how to access the BIOS. What do I do?

    Hello Jimmy, How can I resolve a BSOD on my new surface laptop? :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.
