Windows 10: How can I resolve a game start up issue

HiI recently tried to launch my Asphalt 9, but every time I try to start the game it just shows the gameloft logoand immediately exits the game.I have tried opening the game after a while but I keep on getting the same results.How can I resolve this problem?
